Extension to the existing retail area, including a ‘community’ educational suite.
Design and build electrical installation by C.B.S.
Design consisted of: underfloor heating, suspended lighting / display lighting and emergency lighting, boiler house including a ‘Trend’ energy management system, L1 fire alarm system (Gent), external lighting, external irrigation / foul pumping / water storage electrical works and Cat 5E data installation.
